Urbanista just announced a new collaboration with the Tim Bergling Foundation. The collab will “tackle mental health awareness through music“, according to the company. On the Urbanista website, the Swedish firm breaks down the drive behind this new collaboration. It also explains the company’s willingness to support the cause.
Urbanista will be donating 10% of the revenues from their “Stockholm earphones” sales to the foundation. The donations will be applied to the sales occurring during October. This revenue will help finance the efforts to support non-profit organizations addressing mental health issues and suicide prevention.
Additionally, the company will give some clients the chance to attend the Avicii Tribute concert. By buying a pair of the “Urbanista Stockholm” during October, you could win one of 3 VIP packages. They include concert tickets, round-trip flights, and a hotel room for two.
“These activities are a starting point to our long-term commitment in supporting issues close to Tim Bergling’s heart.”
Anders Andreen from Urbanista – Twitter
With this collaboration, Urbanista is placing itself as a partner of the Tim Bergling Foundation and a sponsor of the Avicii tribute concert in Stockholm on December 5th.

@timberglingfoundation will advocate for the recognition of suicide as a global health emergency and promote removing the stigma attached to the discussion of mental health issues. The foundation will also support issues for which Tim had a passion such as climate change, preservation of endangered species and global hunger.
